Crazy Canuck
The Crazy Canuck was a typical Canadian prior to donning a costume. He was polite, well-educated, and proud of his home and native land. However, at the end of college, he fell in with an extremist group convinced Canada is being kept from its greater destiny by the United States. His tendency toward political radicalism and sociopathy emerged while in that group.
He used his natural inventiveness to design ever more fantastic weaponry to seek vengeance. His long-winded public pronouncements on the countless virtues of Canada and the endless flaws of America sounded insane to most listeners. After one too many harangues, he got dubbed "Crazy Canuck" and it stuck more than his chosen name of 'Captain Canada.'
Currently, he continues his 'economic redress' against American businesses.
Devices used:
* costume (immunity to cold damage; minor protection from impact; retractable, mini-rocket boosted ice skates that help him reach speeds of 100 mph on ice)
* Ice Staff (powers to cold control, ice blast, cold blast, create ice shapes, snow blindness dazzle, sub-zero freezing drain on objects, icy surfaces, freezing air fatigue, blizzard obscuring, and ice bonds)
