Character Name: the Paparazzi (Francis Stoppardo)
Powers: Limited line-of-sight teleportation (Range - 50-100 feet)
Motive: Fame and fortune through publishing sensational and/or embarrassing pictures of super-powered types. Sometimes resorts to petty burglary to pay for equipment.
Personality: Pushy and annoying. His usual M.O. is to use his ability to pop up and snap a picture at the worst possible moment. He chooses super-powered targets because he was picked on and humiliated by a group of mutant kids in junior high school.
Special Notes: Francis is freelance and will sell his photos to anyone, but he also runs a blog where he features images that have been Photoshopped for maximum embarrassment.
