Power: Has the ability to project thoughts and images directly into other's brains, but cannot effectively use his power unless he's been up for at least 24 hours straight. The longer he hasn't been sleeping, the more potent his powers and the more deranged the images will become.
Motive: Dreams of becoming rich and powerful in the future, wants to practice his powers in the meantime, while they're still developing.
Personality: Paranoid, jittery, perpetually wired and yet frequently dead exhausted. Basically insane.
